We send a sales professional to measure for your quoting purposes. After we receive a signed contract, we send out a carpenter to have a hands-on look at the job to measure for an accurate fit prior to ordering your materials.
If we have our own contractor, will you deliver the windows and doors?
We offer building material delivery at an additional cost. Please call our office to discuss options.
Can I order and install windows or doors myself?
We can supply building materials for your home project. Please call our office or stop in the showroom to discuss options.
Where can I get replacement parts for any products I purchase through you?
Many manufacturers will offer a variety of options and time-sensitive warranties. We will assist you with any warranty orders or replacement parts for items that have not been discontinued.
